Please contact PlateXperts as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Made-to-order plates

Number plates are made to your supplied registration and specification. Once production has begun, we may be unable to accept a cancellation or change because the goods are personalised.

Before production

If production has not started, we will try to accommodate a cancellation or amendment. Contact us through WhatsApp or email and wait for confirmation.

Problems with an order

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as agreed, contact us promptly so we can inspect it and put matters right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
